About Me

Born in Hong Kong and living in Canada, I received a Bachelor Degree of Arts (Economic major and Publishing minor) from Simon Fraser University in 2004, and a Bachelor Degree of Design (Industrial Design major) from Emily Carr University of Art + Design in 2008. I am currently a full-time junior graphic/ industrial designer at JDi Design.

Many of my projects have included working as part of a team to create innovative solutions to design problems on deadline. I’ve covered the elements of branding and design from concept to completion. My team conducted market research, color studies, ergonomic studies, created sketches, branding, pink and balsa foam models, rendered models using Solidworks, Rhino and XSI, and presentation boards using Illustrator and Photoshop.

My short-term goal is to be able to strength and apply all my differnt skills at work. I want to be sucessful at whatever I do and continue working on design projects that are interesting and satisfying. My future goal is to have my own design brand that produces eco-friendly pet products and furniture.
